1Who we are

The website secretgrls.com (the "Site") is run by secretgrls ("we", "us").

2Acceptance

By entering the Site, confirming your age or paying for an offer, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.

These terms apply together with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other Brazilian laws. Nothing here takes away rights the law grants you as a consumer.

This English version is a translation. If the two versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

3Definitions

User

Anyone aged 18 or over who visits the Site.

Model

A profile shown on the Site, with its own links page and, where available, subscription offers. Every Model is either Real or Synthetic.

Real Model

A real person, aged 18 or over, who produces her own content and has authorized its promotion on the Site.

Synthetic Model

A fictional character created and run by us with artificial intelligence tools. She is not a real person. See section 6.

SM Seal

The mark that identifies a Synthetic Model: the letters SM inside a square.

Partner Platform

A third-party service the Site links to, such as Instagram, TikTok, Privacy or Telegram, each with its own rules.

Offer

Paid access to a Model's content, with price, period and description shown before payment.

4Adults only (18+)

The Site and all content linked to it are for adults aged 18 or over only. If you are under 18, leave now.

By confirming your age at the entrance, you declare that you are 18 or older. Declaring a false age breaches these terms.

Adult content is not shown on the Site. It lives on Partner Platforms or paid access channels, where age verification beyond your own declaration may be required, as provided by Brazilian Law No. 15,211/2025 (ECA Digital). We may ask for proof of age at any time and block access for anyone who does not provide it.

The Site is labeled as adult content with technical tags read by parental control filters. Parents and guardians can use these tools to block children and teenagers from accessing it.

5What the site offers

The Site gathers each Model's links page (social networks, channels and offers) and the payment page for her offers. It shows no nudity or explicit sexual content.

When you tap a link to a Partner Platform, you leave the Site. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for how those services work, their availability or their rules.

Links marked "18+" lead to adult content. They are hidden from visitors who arrive from networks that forbid this kind of invitation.

6Synthetic Models and the SM Seal

6.1 What a Synthetic Model is

A Synthetic Model is a fictional character created and run by us. Her images, videos, audio and texts are generated or edited with artificial intelligence tools.

She is not a real person. Her name, age, appearance, biography, routine, location and preferences are made up. Buying a Synthetic Model's offer means buying access to content produced by us, not to a person.

6.2 The SM Seal

The SM Seal is the mark that identifies a Synthetic Model: the letters SM inside a square, in the same spirit as the copyright symbol ©, which has the letter C inside a circle.

In Portuguese the seal reads MS, for "Modelo Sintética". It is the same seal with the same meaning.

The seal appears, together with the words "Synthetic Model" (or "Modelo Sintética" in Portuguese), on the page of every Synthetic Model and on the payment page for her offers. Tapping the seal brings you to this section.

Every Synthetic Model carries the seal. A Model without the seal is a Real Model.

6.3 Conversations and custom content

Messages, replies in channels and custom content from a Synthetic Model are written or produced by our team, with or without the help of artificial intelligence.

A Synthetic Model does not meet anyone in person, does not take live calls as a real person and does not have real relationships. We never ask for money outside the Site's offers and the Partner Platforms listed on her page. Be wary of any profile using her name outside those channels.

6.4 Always adults

Every Synthetic Model is conceived and portrayed as an adult, aged 18 or over. We do not create, publish or accept requests for content that portrays or suggests a child or teenager, not even as fantasy or role play.

6.5 No real person behind the image

We do not create a Synthetic Model from the face, body, voice or identity of a real person without that person's express written authorization. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Where a resemblance could identify a real person, we take the content down.

6.6 Use of the seal by others

The SM Seal identifies secretgrls Synthetic Models. No one may use it to suggest a connection with the Site or to pass off a real person's content as synthetic, or the other way around.

7Real Models

Real Models are independent creators aged 18 or over, who may use a stage name. Before publishing a Real Model, we require an official document proving her identity and age, and her written authorization for the promotion.

Each Real Model is responsible for the content she produces and for the accounts she keeps on Partner Platforms. She may ask to leave the Site at any time, and her page will be taken down.

Respect their privacy: a stage name gives no one the right to look for a Real Model's legal name, address or family.

8Subscriptions and payment

Before payment, each offer shows the price in Brazilian reais, the access period and what is included.

Payment is made on Yuvexpay's checkout, by Pix or credit card. The Site does not receive or store your card details.

Each payment grants access for the period stated in the offer, for example 30 days. There is no automatic renewal: to continue after the period, you need to pay again.

How access is delivered, such as an invitation to a private channel, is described in the offer. Access is personal and non-transferable.

We may change prices and offers at any time. Changes do not affect what you have already paid for.

9Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of payment, as guaranteed by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. We refund the full amount through the payment method you used.

If access is not delivered as described in the offer, we grant access or refund the amount.

When access is ended for breach of these terms, any amount paid is handled as the law provides.

10What is not allowed

When using the Site and its offers, you agree not to:

• use the Site or give access to it to anyone under 18;
• share your access, lend your account or resell a subscription;
• record, download, copy, publish, sell or redistribute any paid content;
• try to find out the identity, address or details of Real Models or of our team;
• harass, threaten, blackmail or insult Models, other users or our team;
• use Models' images to train artificial intelligence, create edits or impersonate them;
• request content involving minors, sexual violence, lack of consent or any crime;
• bypass age confirmation or verification;
• use bots, scraping or any automated means to access the Site;
• commit payment fraud or dispute a legitimate purchase in bad faith.

Anyone who breaks these rules may lose access. Cases that may be crimes are reported to the authorities.

11Intellectual property

The secretgrls brand, logo, SM Seal (MS in Portuguese), the Site's design and the names, images and texts of the Synthetic Models belong to us. A Real Model's content belongs to her.

A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content during the paid period. It transfers no rights over the content.

12Privacy and personal data

We process personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

What the Site stores

• Your age confirmation, stored only in your browser, so we do not ask again.
• The link's source parameters (such as utm, lote and inf), sent along with the payment so we know where the sale came from.
• Technical access data, such as IP address and time, logged by our hosting provider for security and to meet legal obligations.

The Site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Payment

The data you enter at payment (name, ID number, email, Pix or card details) is processed by Yuvexpay under its own privacy policy. We receive from Yuvexpay the payment confirmation and the data needed to grant access, handle requests and meet tax obligations.

Your rights

You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, as provided by article 18 of the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.

13Reports and takedowns

As soon as we become aware of it, we take down:

• any content that involves or suggests a child or teenager;
• intimate images shared without consent;
• a Synthetic Model resembling a real person;
• use of someone's content, image or brand without authorization;
• profiles pretending to be one of the Models.

Cases involving minors or intimate images shared without consent are reported to the authorities. Online crimes can also be reported to SaferNet Brasil's reporting hotline.

14Liability

We are responsible for the Site and for the offers sold on it, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

We are not responsible for how Partner Platforms work, for failures of your connection or device, or for any use of the Site that breaches these terms.

The Site may be unavailable for maintenance or due to technical failures. If this prevents paid access, we extend the period or refund the proportional amount.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Important changes are announced on the Site. New rules do not change what you have already paid for.

16Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
